• Account information. Your name, email address, and password (stored hashed), or your Google profile details (name, email, profile picture) if you sign in with Google.
• Project content. The prompts you write, files you upload, and the applications, code, and data generated in your project workspaces.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive transaction details such as amount, status, and payment identifiers, but we do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
• Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service, used for security and to improve the product.
• Connected integrations. If you connect third-party services (for example Google Calendar or Gmail) to a project, we store the access tokens and the minimum data needed to provide the integration, within the scopes you authorize.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process your prompts with AI models and generate applications on your behalf.
• To process payments, maintain your credit balance, and prevent fraud.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and important Service updates.
• To monitor, debug, and improve the Service, including measuring feature usage in aggregate.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Your prompts and project content are processed by third-party AI model providers (such as Google) to generate code and applications. We share only what is necessary to fulfill your requests. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private project content to train our own models.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the platform — cloud hosting and storage providers, AI model providers, and our payment processor (Razorpay) — under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Krut, our users, or the public.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your data.

Applications you choose to publish are publicly accessible at the URL you publish them to; anything you include in a published app is visible to its visitors.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for signing you in and keeping your session secure. We may also use analytics tools (such as website analytics and session insights) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and project content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize your data except where retention is legally required.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and isolated project environments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@krut.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
